Government has continued the borderline for GST absolution arrangement till November 30, 2021
The Finance Ministry has continued the aftermost date for availing the Goods and Services Tax (GST) absolution arrangement area taxpayers pay a bargain fee for backward filing of account returns, till November 30, 2021.
Earlier the aftermost date for appointment GST allotment with bargain backward fees was August 31, 2021.
"The Government had provided abatement to the taxpayers by abbreviation or waiving backward fee for non-furnishing Form GSTR-3B for the tax periods from July 2017 to April 2021, if the allotment for these tax periods are furnished amid June 1, 2021 to August 31, 2021," a Finance Ministry notification said.
The Finance Ministry said that the addendum was accustomed on the base of several representations accustomed from establishments, who requested for added time to do the needful.
The due date of filing the appliance for abolishment of abandoning of registration, has been continued till September 30, 2021. The absolute date for it was August 31, 2021. The addendum about would be applicative alone in those cases area registrations accept been annulled beneath article (b) or article (c) of sub-section (2) of area 29 of the CGST Act.
